-How can I order?

-Typically, how long will my order take to be designed, processed, and shipped?

Custom made orders do take some time, we typically ask for at least 2 to 3 weeks depending on the detail and quantity of your design. Rush orders can be processed for a rush order fee of $25-50 depending on the order.

-What is your return policy?

We currently do not accept returns on custom made orders. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us immediately.

-Can you copy/replicate a design?

Typically the answer is no, but there are some designs that we can use that are purchased through other designers for production. Please understand that we cannot violate copyright and use characters, logos, etc. that are copyrighted. All of our designs are original or have been created by a designers for resale purposes.

- Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a deposit before a mock-up/sample of your design can be released. Our designs will be placed on a model to show you the look of the design on your requested apparel and watermarked. You are entitled to two modifications to the design, afterwards a $10 design fee will be placed on to your order's total for each modification afterwards. For custom designs requiring the use of extensive graphic design a $25 design fee along with the deposit are required. If your order totals more than $500 we will waive the design fee or apply it to your balance.

-Do you offer any discounts?

Yes, we do! Please contact us directly for more information! Unfortunately, we do not price match with other businesses. We will work with your budget to provide the best design and apparel to accommodate your needs. Custom orders do require custom work, therefore our pricing should not be compared with larger businesses that also customize apparel.
